    Join UGA’s Outdoor Recreation Program for a weekend at Georgia’s Yonah Mountain, camping overnight under the stars followed by mountain- top coffee and yoga as the sun rises. This trip is perfect to get in a serene mindset for the semester as well as to learn new things. Whether you have never camped or done yoga this trip will be full of incredible views, new friends and a fresh mindset!

    Take a leisurely paddle along one of Georgia’s most pristine rivers! The Toccoa River offers scenic views of North Georgia forests, wildlife spotting, and a night camping under the Toccoa Swinging Bridge! Enjoy the adventure of an overnight canoe trip and explore one of the best rivers in GA!

    The best way to get back into a great mindset is recharging! We will be taking SUPs out to Lake Herrick and spending time with one another in a fun filled day of restful relaxation. This will be a great time to relax and spend time away from the rigors of life. If you don't know how to Stand Up Paddle board, we will teach you!

    Event Location: University Health Center - Health Promotion/ Fontaine Center

    Learn how to cook a healthy meal with one of the dietitians the University Health Center in the Nutrition Kitchen. FYOS approved!

    Call 706-542-8690 to register. $5 per class for students who have paid the health fee or $10 for non-fees paid students. Only available to UGA students. If you sign-up and do not end up attending the cooking class, you will be charged the class fee. If you cannot attend, please call remove yourself from the list so that another student can participate.
