Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching supports an individual’s own motivations and strengths. Students will work proactively with a Wellness Coach to navigate day to day challenges and achieve personal well-being goals. Virtual appointments available.
RINTS – UGA Counseling Referral System
This online system will allow UGA students, faculty, staff, and non-students to search for
mental health providers in the Athens community. This searchable database contains
names of therapists and psychiatrists near the UGA campus who have voluntarily
submitted their information to the CAPS referral database.
TAO
TAO includes over 150 brief, effective, educational sessions covering over 50 common
topics and skills related to mental health, wellness, and substance use issues. TAO
Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises and practice tools all aimed at
helping you achieve your goals.

can build up areas of your brain and actually rewire it to
enhance processes like focus and decision making and
