Agricultural Research Building
The UGA Tifton Well-Being Hub located in room 215 in the Agricultural Research Building has been created to promote well-being and support members of our campus community. Designed as a tranquil retreat for relaxation, privacy, and comfort for UGA staff, faculty, and students on the UGA Tifton campus. The room is a place for individuals to unwind, reset, decompress, and calm their mind and body from work related tension and stressors to enhance focus and productivity in the workplace. A place where small groups can gather for purposes of prayer, meditation, mediation, and peer counseling. The room includes sensory fidget items, glitter jars, kinetic sand, puzzles, yoga mats, exercise bands, and a musical boxing board! The room is available on a first come, first serve basis and can be reserved online HERE.
